ELEVA® Balance
Hyaluronic acid dermal filler
ELEVA® Balance is engineered as a versatile, dynamic filler, formulated with a high concentration of 27.5 mg/mL of cross-linked hyaluronic acid to effectively address diverse facial contouring requirements. To ensure an optimized patient experience, it is infused with 0.3% lidocaine hydrochloride, significantly minimizing discomfort during administration. The hallmark of this product lies in its rheological profile: balanced elasticity and a dynamic G’ (modulus of elasticity) that allow the filler to integrate seamlessly with the natural kinetics of facial muscle movement. This ensures that aesthetic results remain natural and expressive, without any stiffness or restriction in facial animation. Supplied in a 1.1 mL ready-to-use syringe with two specialized 27G needles, ELEVA® Balance provides aesthetic professionals with the control necessary to perform precise, well-balanced sculpting in areas requiring medium-depth volume and dynamic restoration.
ELEVA® Balance is a versatile filler engineered to strike the perfect balance between volume enhancement and the preservation of facial tissue dynamics. Its specialized formulation provides the ideal elasticity for high-mobility areas, making it the perfect choice for patients seeking natural-looking, medium-depth corrections.
Clinical Outcomes
ELEVA® Balance is designed to provide targeted results while maintaining the dynamic character of the face:
Lips: Sculpting and volumizing the lips while preserving natural movement and expressions, ensuring a dynamic smile.
Facial Lines (Nasolabial & Marionette): Smoothing medium-depth nasolabial folds (smile lines) and correcting marionette lines for facial rejuvenation.
Temples: Soft volume restoration and contouring in the temple area, creating a refreshed and balanced appearance.
By providing soft structural support without stiffening the tissue, ELEVA® Balance effectively restores harmony and vitality to the face.

PRECAUTIONS & DRUG INTERACTIONS
Medical Training: Must be administered exclusively by licensed, authorized, and certified medical practitioners trained in advanced injection anatomy.
Incompatibilities & Chemical Interactions: Hyaluronic Acid precipitates in the presence of quaternary ammonium salts (such as benzalkonium chloride or cetylpyridinium chloride). Avoid contact between ELEVA® and instruments cleaned with the mentioned solutions.
Drug Interactions: Patients taking antiplatelet agents, NSAIDs, high-dose Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Omega-3 fatty acids, or herbal supplements (Ginkgo Biloba, St. John’s Wort) may experience increased bruising and bleeding. Caution is advised in patients taking medications that inhibit hepatic metabolism or in those with pre-existing cardiac conduction disorders (due to lidocaine content).
Pre-existing Implants: Do not inject into anatomical sites with permanent (silicone, PMMA) or semi-permanent (e.g., PLLA) fillers.
Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI): ELEVA® is MRI-safe and non-paramagnetic.
Product Inspection: Inspect syringe integrity prior to use. Do not use if the sterile barrier is compromised, the gel contains turbidity or particulate matter, or if the plunger rod does not glide smoothly. Do not re-sterilize or reuse.
PRE-INJECTION PATIENT CARE PROTOCOL
1 Week Prior: Discontinue elective blood thinners, NSAIDs, aspirin, high-dose Vitamin E/C, Ginkgo Biloba, and alcohol under physician supervision. Avoid tanning beds and intensive UV exposure.
3 Weeks Prior/After: Avoid invasive dental procedures, oral surgery, and facial tattooing.
Herpes Prophylaxis: In patients with a history of recurrent herpes labialis undergoing perioral/lip injections, prophylactic oral acyclovir is strongly recommended.
Skin Preparation: Thoroughly cleanse and disinfect the skin using chlorhexidine or alcohol-based antiseptics (avoiding quaternary ammonium compounds). Topical anesthetic cream may be applied 30 minutes prior if desired.
